Chromium X2 has two of the most potent forms of chromium. They have the right amounts, using about 200mcg of chromium, which is actually the clinically proven amount, as small as it may seem. They don’t mean to be a hardcore fat burner or anything like that. Their approach is highly targeted to say the least. So obviously, we would definitely recommend that you find something else.
