What are the ingredients?
NeOpuntia-working as a natural fat blocker, this patented ingredient can eliminate that extra fat through the gastric system, allowing your body to never absorb a certain portion of it.
Chitosan-coming from crustaceans, this can block a certain amount of fat content from your body’s absorption. But it is measured in percentages and fairly questionable
Cassia nomame-a natural lipase inhibitor/fat blocker, this can help you in certain ways. But it is effective basically when combined with an already low fat diet.
Garcinia cambogia-typically requiring about 1500mg, this can produce a certain fat burning and weight loss effect. However, it’s more effective when combined with gymnema sylvestre and chromium.
Phaseolus vulgaris-an extract of the white kidney bean, phaseolus vulgaris has been known to block the absorption of a certain percentage of carbs. However, the clinical studies have not yet caught up.
Alpha lipoic acid-a natural antioxidant, this has properties that benefit the skin, but not weight loss
Fenugreek-commonly used to control blood sugar and therefore control cravings, this does not actually promote substantial weight loss
Cinnulin PF-a natural blood sugar regulator, it does not promote weight loss.
Bottom line
Cheater’s Relief is just another waste of time and money. It does not actually help you to block real carbs or otherwise, and realistically, the only results you would see would be those from the low carb diet or other diet that most bodybuilders and other professionals use anyway. With this in mind, Cheater’s Relief does not really have the right ingredients, the right amounts, or anything else, we would definitely recommend choosing other options.
