What are the ingredients?
25-D-Spirosta-3, 5-Diene-commonly used to control blood sugar and therefore control cravings, this does not actually promote substantial weight loss
5-Alpha-Furost-20(22)-En-12-One-3 Beta 26-Diol-tribulus terrestis is a natural testosterone booster that can have a muscle building effect. However, it can be extremely difficult to get these results, because the amount needed is assessed by weight.
Bulgarian Tribulus Terrestris-tribulus terrestis is a natural testosterone booster that can have a muscle building effect. However, it can be extremely difficult to get these results, because the amount needed is assessed by weight.
Testofen-basically, this ingredient remains a mystery. They have made up another ingredient that doesn’t actually exist or doesn’t actually promote weight loss to sound important. But either way, you don’t know what they use and it won’t work.
TongKat Ali-popular for its alleged testosterone building and enhancing benefits, this has been used as both a fat burner and a muscle builder.
Safed Musli Extract-used for greater sexual enhancement and aphrodisiac benefits, Safed Musli Extract does not actually promote weight loss
Rhodiola Rosea-a natural energy supplement that will not help you to lose weight or burn fat, it is somewhat similar to guarana. But it does not promote any weight loss, even in any known combinations
Indian Ginseng-characterized by the presence of ginsenosides, this has been used in various different forms. All promote an overall feeling of wellbeing and fat burning with thermogenic properties. However, some relax while others energize.
Vitex Agnus Castus-promoting greater fertility in women, this has been proven to naturally fight things like PMS and polycystic syndrome. However, it does not actually promote weight loss.
Cissus Quadrangularis-an ancient medicinal plant, it has been used for its analgesic properties. It is comparable to aspirin for example in reducing inflammation and pain. But weight loss is not in its description
Brazillian Ginseng-characterized by the presence of ginsenosides, this has been used in various different forms. All promote an overall feeling of wellbeing and fat burning with thermogenic properties. However, some relax while others energize.
20-Hydroxyecdysterone-this is a naturally occurring ecdysteroid hormone first discovered in the insect’s invertebrate polyhydroxylated sterolic growth hormone. It has been used in dietary supplements to enhance physical performance in humans by shuttling protein into the muscles instead of being stored as fat.
L-Arginine-a natural amino acid, this has been used to feed muscles, but not build them or promote weight loss
Arginine ABB-a natural amino acid, this has been used to feed muscles, but not build them or promote weight loss
Arginine Ethylester-a natural amino acid, this has been used to feed muscles, but not build them or promote weight loss
Di-Arginine Malate-a natural amino acid, this has been used to feed muscles, but not build them or promote weight loss
Japanese Knotweed Extract-a type of seaweed, this could potentially help you to burn fat without using stimulants. However, the results are questionable at this time.
Diindolymethane-helping you to allay perimenopausal and premenstrual symptoms, it does not actually promote weight loss.
Calcium D-Glucarate-an essential nutrient, it is good for bones, teeth, etc. But it does not actually promote weight loss despite what the milk commercials may tell you.
Urtica Dioica Extract-though generally known to be irritating to the skin, this has been used to treat arthritis, anemia, hay fever, kidney problems, and pain. It does not however promote weight loss or muscle building
Pygeum Africanum-meant to help men to effectively improve the prostate gland, this does not promote weight loss
Pumpkin Seed-rich in anti inflammatory benefits, vitamins, minerals, proteins, and monosaturated fats, this has also been known to lower cholesterol levels
Milk Thistle Extract-a natural detoxifier, if used on its own, it is generally nothing more than a diuretic, which can be harmful rather than helpful. But if used correctly in combination with the right cleaners in general, it can have a healthy detoxifying effect on the body.
Cranberry Extract-full of natural antioxidants and vitamins, this can replenish deficiencies you may have while also killing off potentially harmful free radicals.
Vitamin B-6-an essential B vitamin, this has been known to give some extra energy. However, it does not promote weight loss
Magnesium Citrate-an electrolyte that can be lost in the process, this makes everything a more pleasant experience and gives you nutrients in some ways that you need.
Zinc Citrate-an essential vitamin known to be somewhat good for the skin and body, zinc does not actually promote weight loss
Bottom line
Beast Super Test has a great number of ingredients. Interestingly enough, while they have some good male specific ingredients such as aphrodisiacs for men as well as testosterone boosters and otherwise, they also have ingredients that are actually meant to help women to control PMS symptoms. This being said, they only have small amounts of any given ingredient, and they don’t actually have the right amounts. In total, Beast Super Test is just another waste.
