Amphedrine Reviews
Amphedrine is a fat burner that targets athletes. It claims to not only help you burn fat, but to also increase energy during workouts. Despite having a very similar name it is not the same product as Amfedrine. It’s main ingredient is Hydroxyephedrine HCL which is actually used to treat some chronic coughs. There are a few other ingredients that are supposed to be energy boosters and more fat burners. Let’s take a close look at each ingredient.
What are the ingredients?
Caffeine Anhydrous-Used in many fat burners for the thermogenic effect that may help to boost metabolism. It is even more well-known for its ability to increase energy. Many fat burners use it despite the many side effects such as headaches, jitters, and restlessness.
Hydroxyephedrine HCL – an ingredient that is supposed to burn fat. It is the cousin of ephedra, and has not been banned, but it has also not been shown to be safer than ephedra. Overall it has also not been proven an effective fat burner.
L-Lysine-4 – This is an amino acid that is a precursor to protein. May be helpful in maintaining lean muscle mass, and connective tissue. However, not shown effective in weight loss.
Synephrine HCL – Another alternative to ephedrine that has been popular in weight loss pills. Has not been proven effective, and the safety is still being debated.
Yohimbine HCL – This ingredient has been used in many fat burners because it has been shown to help athletes lose weight. However, that is only when used in the right concentration. On the flip side when used in too high of amounts it has many dangerous side effects.
Bottom line
The only ingredients that Amphedrine contains that may be useful are not in high enough concentrations. Some of the ingredients also have the potential to have dangerous side effects, but are probably not in high enough amounts to be worries about. Overall this looks like a waste of your money.
