Advatrim Reviews
Advatrim is a weight loss pill that advertises itself as ephedra-free. It claims to be able to help you burn fat, increase energy, and suppress appetite all without harmful substances such as ephedra. Advatrim contains quite the list of ingredients, but it is questionable as to whether they are effective or not. Let’s take a close look at exactly what ingredients are effective.
What are the ingredients?
Vitamin C – This ingredient has many health benefits and is used to boost the immune system. However, it has no weight loss benefits.
Green Tea – This ingredient has been found effective in boosting metabolism when found in the right amounts.
Pantothenic Acid – This vitamin is also good for your health, but has not been shown to promote weight loss.
Vitamin B6 – Used by many supplement to promote increased energy.
Advanta-Z – This is the cousin of synephrine and ephedrine. It is used as a safe alternative to ephedra, but the effectiveness is still not known.
Cocoa Extract – This is a great antioxidant that may be helpful in removing free radicals.
Ginger – This natural ingredient is used in many products as a fat burner. There have not been any studies that have proven this to be true.
DMAE – This is another popular ingredient that is supposed to help improve focus and increase fat loss. It has not been proven.
Bottom line
Advatrim contains a long list of ingredients, but the amount of effective ingredients is extremely limited. Green tea seems to be the only one that has been proven to have any effect on weight loss. Even the green tea is doubtful because it needs to be a pretty high concentration in order to actually provide benefits. We doubt that Advatrim contains those amounts. We really don’t think Advatrim will give you the results you’re looking for.
