Adipo-X Reviews
Adipox-X is a fat burner that works to help you burn fat in several different ways. It increases your metabolism, enhances your mood, and increases your mental focus. It is designed to supplement your workouts to help you burn fat, and not muscle. It claims to help you release several hormones such as norepinephrine and epinephrine in order to help your body burn more fat instead of storing it. It claims that it’s ingredients are clinically proven, but lets see how valid that claim is.
What are the ingredients?
L-Tyrosine AKG – This amino acid is used as a therapeutic drug used for those with depression and Parkinsons. It has been shown to effectively boost mood, and improve memory.
Raspberry Ketones – This compound is popular for its ability to increase fat burning, and epinephrine release when taken in high doses. It has been tested in combination with high fat diets to slow weight gain or even promote weight loss in some.
Capsaicin Extract (Cayenne) – This ingredient has the ability to kill bacteria in the digestive system. It is known for improving health of the kidneys and digestive tract. It has also been introduced as a mild thermogenic fat burner.
Coleus Forskohli – THis ingredient has been shown to decrease blood pressure and increase weight loss in clinical studies when used in doses of 1000mg or more.
Green Tea – This popular ingredient is known for its ability to increase metabolic levels.
Bottom line
Adipo-X has some effective ingredients and will most likely help some increase their body’s ability to burn fat. However, it seems to use only small amounts of these ingredients, fractions of what you would actually need for successful results. For this reason, unfortunately, a product that could be otherwise potentially promising won’t show you any results.
