Actislim Ultra Reviews
Sold exclusively in the UK, Actislim Ultra is “a combination of natural herbs, vitamins, minerals, and plant extracts.” That was previously speaking the only actual description when it comes to Actislim Ultra, and a surprising number of people blindly accepted it. A surprising number of people said nothing and continued to buy it. Now of course, with no ingredients list, the obvious assumption is that it doesn’t work. But now they have an ingredients list. So does Actislim Ultra actually produce results?
What are the ingredients?
Brazilian cocoa-a natural derivative of chocolate, this is the antioxidant responsible for the many health benefits they describe. It can be used for a number of different benefits and could complement good weight loss ingredients
Moroccan leaf tea-like green, white, or black tea, it is rich in antioxidants. But there is no proof or suggestion that this particular type of tea would promote weight loss
Naringin-a derivative of the grapefruit, this is an active ingredient that can produce modest thermogenic effects if used in the right amounts.
Ginger-used to control and relieve stomach upset, this does not promote weight loss
Gingko biloba-a natural energy supplement, this has not been known to actually promote weight loss
Odorless garlic-known to be good for heart health and preventing atherosclerosis, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, and improving the immune system, it can also prevent the development of some cancerous cells.
L-arginine-a natural amino acid, this has been used to feed muscles, but not build them or promote weight loss
Chromium-meant to control and regulate blood sugar levels to keep them from randomly spiking and then falling, chromium has been used successfully in combination with certain other ingredients to promote weight loss. However, on its own the effect is minor at best. It generally requires about 200mcg.
L-glycine-a natural amino acid, this has been used to feed muscles, but not build them or promote weight loss
L-lysine-a natural amino acid, this has been used to feed muscles, but not build them or promote weight loss
L-tyrosine-a natural amino acid, this has been used to feed muscles, but not build them or promote weight loss
L-ornithine-a natural amino acid, this has been used to feed muscles, but not build them or promote weight loss
L-arginine-a natural amino acid, this has been used to feed muscles, but not build them or promote weight loss
Kelp-a natural seaweed, it can help you to create a thermogenic effect in the body. However, the studies are still questionable all being conducted by the same lab and researchers and only on rats. Still, with other strong ingredients, it could be potentially helpful.
Apple cider vinegar-used for various problems ranging from joint pain to weight loss, this has been used as a natural detoxifying and cleansing agent.
Bottom line
Actislim Ultra has some potentially speaking good ingredients. The problem is that Actislim Ultra does not actually have the right amounts, and when it comes right down to it, there are various problems in general with Actislim Ultra. It does not promote greater fat burning or anything else, and it can still cause some side effects. So we would definitely recommend something else.
